Prusa i3 MK2 owners, can you elaborate on the new heatbed design?

Prusa talks about their MK42 heatbed that evenly heats across the whole bed instead of a hot center and cool edges. Can someone with the new kit describe what types of heating elements they are using and how they are arranged? http://ift.tt/1sYRUtZ
