I’ve got a Da Vinci 1.0A, it’s been printing fine for the last year, and all of a sudden prints are failing just a few layers in, when extrusion stops, and when I remove the filament it looks like this: http://ift.tt/2dpxOBP in Microcenter’s PLA at 190 for the head and 60 for the bed.It looks like there’s a bunch of little notches, and then a relatively big chunk taken out of the top of the notches.
