Hey all, I just got my back ordered silicone socks in the mail and threw it on in between prints. I’m having an issue where when cold the sock seats almost perfect, with a side not wanting to fully “hook” onto the top of the block, but the nozzle is protruding from the hole enough to print. As soon as I heat up however, the sock droops off the nozzle and I cannot seem to push it back into place. I tried printing with it all droopy just to see what happens, but it’s drooping far enough that the nozzle bites into the edge and plastic extrudes in between the nozzle and sock.My nozzle is a bit dark due to some melted plastic, I picked as much off as I could with some needle nose pliers. Do you think I should go at it with a wire brush to try and clean it up? or am I missing some step when installing the sock?A bit more info: Yes it’s the new version with the cartridge style thermister, I’m heating to 240c for PETG, I’m using a standard .4mm nozzle http://ift.tt/2d3BApE
