I have a folgertech 2020 i3 and it vibrates like a madman. Ive printed 4 vibration dampeners and they significantly reduced the noise of the printer. I just calibrated my e steps for x y and z axis and my prints have already had a huge jump in quality. I still have a large amount of vibration whenever I have a long print move in the x or y direction. I have belt tensioners on each belt, and have run my printer at slower speeds but it seems to be almost a resonance issue because the vibrations always appear. Any suggestions? http://ift.tt/2bWQNSZ
