Holidays are about here, and lots of people will be getting their first printer and jumping into the 3d printing world. This is to serve as a warning to them that makergeeks does not deserve your money. They keep running sales, do not mark any items as out of stock, take your money, and then fail to fulfill orders. There’s a lot of people with orders from weeks to months ago that haven’t moved past confirmed. They do not respond to emails (and their customer service hours are a joke 10-3CST). However they’ll be happy to take your money at the time you place your order.People that have been around 3d printing a while know to avoid them, but it’s easy to get sucked in as a new member to the community. You have to go out of your way to find the warning stories. I am one of these reasonably new members who didn’t do a lot of homework before buying into the black Friday sale. Do your homework kids.
