It’s been a few weeks since somebody posted about this company so I’m throwing my story in the mix as well.I went on a filament buying spree when I got my printer before hearing about MakerGeeks’s crap customer service, realized a week ago that I never received the order I placed in the beginning of July. Went to the website and saw that yes, I had placed an order, was immediately charged and the order was still “processing/preparing for shipment”. All of the filaments I ordered were still shown as “In stock” with no mention of delays on the product pages.Here we are three emails later and no response whatsoever, it’s been over 30 days since the order was paid for and if I don’t hear back by the end of the week I will be initiating a chargeback.
