3D Hubs replacement feature request thread

As some of you know, I am working on a 3D Hubs replacement. Since their recent middle finger to the maker community we have switched into high gear to get a beta rolled out for everyone to try. We are working for a worldwide release hopefully by month’s end. So with time crunches about, we would like to ask the community: what would you like to see in a system like what Hubs offers that they never did?One of our current struggles is paypal payout integration. Hubs uses Stripe Connect as far as we can tell, the system we plan on using as well, but they have integrated Paypal into it, something Stripe has said they will not help with (they provide support for these kinds of things) unless we are clearing 150k/mo in sales. Its a startup, not an established company. If anyone has a way to get this somehow integrated that would be awesome as we do not want to have a new platform with only ACH (wire transfers) as a payout option. We are in talks with Adyen, the company Ebay will be replacing Paypal with in the future to integrate their system into ours so we can accept minimally and hopefully payout through their system. We believe that with Ebay making the switch, we may see a decline in Paypal usage as the companies go different directions and because Ebay is such a big player, we believe that having Ayden support is important, however not necessary for launch.Alipay is a go as well, this will mostly apply to non-US users as Alipay is not big here in the states.Instant messaging, similar to texts will be the main form of communication. Your ability to choose makers close or far on a map is there. The ability to search by machine type is there. And ease of use, we are hoping to require 5 clicks or less to order! Also, none of this express bullshit. We wont strip the name off your company, force you to stick to stupid standards, or dick you around to use our packaging. This is a company by makers for makers.I would like to officially announce My 3D Pros. A market place to bring users and makers together in a way that is easier, more affordable, and refreshing from what is currently out there. More Pros, Less Cons. That is our company motto and we are sticking to it.Guys, just like I did years ago when I started 3D Musketeers, I am coming to the community, asking advice. I and my team want to build an amazing website experience, all from scratch to make your buying and service selling experience easier and more enjoyable (with less fees to boot!)TL;DR: building a Hubs competitor, what would you like to see in one?? http://ift.tt/2FUAsNY
