Carbon Fiber parts from 3D printed molds

(which are coated in liquid PVA mold release before hand)the results are pretty good. finish is pretty much the same as the 3d printed part. extremely strong. this part is 3 layers at about 0.85mm. it will be the top tube for a bicycle frame. http://ift.tt/29zwEYc
