While looking to replace the Ramps Plus2 that came with my FLSun printer, and also looking for a board for a D-Bot, I started thinking about the things I would like to see in a board. A sort of feature wish-list, if you will.Assuming that all components are up to spec, the entire design is open, and there’s a strong community behind it – what is your perfect board?My holy grail would be:Replaceable stepper drivers (if you could switch between CFG and SPI that would be awesome, but I don’t know if it’s possible hardware-wise).Dual Z motor output.12V/24V compatible, with hybrid mode that runs motors & heaters at 24V but fans and other utilities (i.e LEDs) at 12V.RGB led support.Built-in web server. Bonus points if it’s an octoprint and not something proprietary.
