It is pretty much confirmed now that it was a scam, as most of us already assumed. So anybody (like me) that still rolled the dice make sure to initiate the charge back or contact fancy support.I contacted fancy (the website that hosts ‘stores’ of different sellers) and they were very responsive and refunded my orders immediately. I did not need to contact my credit card company.I wouldn’t put all the blame on them though, the seller first sold ‘normal’ items for quite a while to make the store legitimate, then used the CR10/Tarantula products to cash out, even going so far as sending legitimate tracking numbers from other products to other people to buy time. No idea if they(*fancy) paid for the refunds themselves, if they did it will become a expensive lesson to be learned for sure…Old link for reference: linkI still had fun guessing just how it turns out 🙂 http://ift.tt/2ChKBX7
