We all know that the bearings and rods on the Prusa are inferior. I had to replace them on my MK2S after just 3 months because of the problems it already gave me while printing.I fitted some RJUM-01 with SS hardened precision grinded rods but the 2 bearings on the heated bed mount were not aligned correctly resulting in a heavy running rod. So I put the bed mount on the CNC with a Ball-nose mill of 16mm, this gives me a better mount support that is aligned. See the pictures for the results.http://ift.tt/2xShiFb http://ift.tt/2Aezlqv
