/begin rantAt the end of May they had a 20% off sale, and I bought 3 rolls of filament, 1 of which was ninjaflex. After 11 days I emailed them and he responded that they are waiting to receive it (ninjaflex) from their supplier (which tells me they make it to order and don’t actually have it in stock at the time you buy it).Ok, so 4 weeks later I still haven’t received my order. I just sent them another email, but at this point I’m considering to do a chargeback on my credit card and be done with them for good.After this experience I will never order from them again.
