Does anyone have a positive experience with WanhaoUSA.com? I tried to buy a thermistor and heater core for my poor i3 last week. At first they seemed like they were moving heaven and earth to get me my parts so I could use my printer for a girls in engineering event last Friday. Then the tracking number they sent me never left the pre-shipment stage. When I brought this to their attention, they emailed back about rushing out to the post office to fix the problem. That was last Thursday. Since then they won’t return emails and the tracking number is still in pre-shipment. Seems VERY shady.
