Is Wanhao USA a scam site?

Does anyone have a positive experience with WanhaoUSA.com? I tried to buy a thermistor and heater core for my poor i3 last week. At first they seemed like they were moving heaven and earth to get me my parts so I could use my printer for a girls in engineering event last Friday. Then the tracking number they sent me never left the pre-shipment stage. When I brought this to their attention, they emailed back about rushing out to the post office to fix the problem. That was last Thursday. Since then they won’t return emails and the tracking number is still in pre-shipment. Seems VERY shady. Is this standard or am I, as usual, the exception to the rule? http://ift.tt/28NNhh1

Where to buy larger roll if filament?

Anyone knows where to buy larger roll of Filament( 2kg, 3kg or heavier)? I know the pushplastic has them but they seem a little too expensive especially considering it is cost them less to produce 1 3kg vs 3 1kg filaments.
