I use OpenSCAD, and I really quite enjoy it, but I’d like to hear some discussion on which is better or where each excels. I have no experience with Grasshopper, and have some questions as well. For example, I use polyholes and truncated teardrops constantly in OpenSCAD, can Grasshopper handle these? Also, can either handle stuff like numerical integration? http://ift.tt/23TVh0S

Newb here. Researching what to buy a my first printer. The new Prusa i3 MK2 is a compelling choice because it seems to have many of the desirable elements of a great printer. I’ve read that enclosed printers help when printing with the more thermally sensitive materials. So how big of a deal is it to be just a frame? It looks like many frame printers would wind up with the psu and other electronics in high heat of you were to fashion your own enclosure. What matters? http://ift.tt/1XsuTLW
