Those little practical 3d printed fixes to be proud about

https://ift.tt/2CcTBhl poorly designed flimsy POS handle for my recliner couch would break every year or two, sometimes sooner. So I was often left with a broken couch for long time until a new spare arrived. The part costs something like $40-45 on Amazon. So after many years I had enough, and since I now had a 3d printer, Isat down and reverse engineered it within an hour to something much much sturdier. Finally I have (both) my recliner couches back and functioning, this time indefinitely!I know it is nothing special as a design or accomplishment, but you don’t understand the importance of it unless you have small victories like this on your own. 3D printers are awesome! https://ift.tt/2NgvUc6
