Really weird request for help

Hey everyone. My first ever 3d printer arrived this morning. A joke conversation on Facebook went “custom butt plugs coming up” “I’m rendering your face for them right now” “Timoo42, you’re such a romantic”I wanna make this joke a weird awkward looking reality.. how would I go about actually doing it? I found a “multi purpose Christmas tree” STL, but is there an easyish way I can get a photo of his face and add it to it and print it off?
