PSA on our Micro Center Inland filament

Hello everyone! Here at Micro Center, we work hard to deliver the best products at the best price to our customers. We’re especially proud of the low price we have been able to offer on our premium Inland brand filament. Over the last few years, demand has skyrocketed and we have partnered with our manufacturer to meet that demand. They alone could not produce enough product to keep up with sales. That simply is not acceptable to us; as a destination store, customers often drive hours to visit our locations.In an effort to increase supply, we added an additional popular and premium quality manufacturer. The two formulas were inadvertently sold as the same product. Store associates and customers both immediately brought this to our attention. Not only were the colors different, but the new supplier has different ideal temperature settings for printing.We are working on relabeling our current inventory with the correct optimal temperature for both suppliers. Going forward, we will have very distinct, separate packaging for the two different suppliers clarifying colors and temperature settings for best results. While we’re changing the packaging, we are also upgrading all of our filament from our previous supplier to PLA+. This will be the same colors you know and love, but with smoother results. We also want to thank the community. Your feedback helped us identify the problem and allowed us to resolve the issue in a timely manner. For best results with your Inland filament, optimal printing temperature is 215°-225°c for either supplier.
