I’ve desingned and 3D printed some lightsabers!

Hi guys! 😀 As the title says here are my lightsabers. I’ve designed them in Fusion360. The body is 100% 3d printed, with the “central shaft” being printed with 0.8 mm nozzle for strenght. Every part is ABS exept for silver and gold rings that are PLA. The central shaft printed at 0.4 mm and everything else at 0.2 mm layer. Blades are made with PC tubes 25 mm outside diameter with celophane wrap inside and a clear PETG tip at the end.Inside there is just a simple circuit with an on/off switch, 3W hi-power LED with 5′ colimating lense, 18659 li-ion cell and a charging/protection circuit.
