I’ve no clue. Can I print this?

I have to say I’ve zero experience with 3D printing. I’ve watched some video on Lynda but it didn’t help me much (I don’t know the steps I have to follow in order to get my model printed). I have a complex mesh I obtained from photogrammetry, I reduced the polygons count, and I’ve added some surfaces in order to complete the bigger holes and create printable volumes (?).Here’s you can see what I attempted to do in Meshmixer http://ift.tt/2DXHZuY it be done?
