I found a neat method for adding OctoPrint to the Windows taskbar, as a separate shortcut. This opens Octoprint in a clean window, with the OctoPrint icon (I Made my own Icon), without the normal address bar and tabs etc. at the top. just a clean window.Navigate to your Octoprint Interface. From Chrome, Go to the menu > More Tools > Add to desktopThis will add an icon to your desktop (i changed my icon already, yours will look different)If you want to change the icon, you need to do it before you pin it to the taskbar. Right-Click the icon, select Properties, select “Change Icon”, and browse to where you downloaded the icon to, or where your own icon is located.Right-Click the icon, and select “Pin To Taskbar”You can now delete the icon from your desktop if you like, the pinned icon will remain functional.Click the icon and you get quick access to your OctoPrint interface, and you dont have to worry about the tab joining with other Chrome tabs. http://ift.tt/2G7jvQM
