Printed and Painted, really happy with outcome

simple fix for tilted z on prusa i3

Some people told me they need to calibrate their printer bed nearly every day and most guides show only how you calibrate with some paper what takes a few minutes, so I thought I should share how I recalibrate my printer bed fast.The reason why my printer get tilted is when any kind of force get applied to the z-axis. Like touching the extruder or when the fan touches the bed…So what I did is I put one sticker on the frame and one sticker on the coupling (on both sides). When the printer is good calibrated I draw a small marking on the sticker.http://ift.tt/2uyNTll before I turn the printer on I rotate the coupling to the marking and then home the z axis.maybe it helps someone :Dregards http://ift.tt/2v8c0V4
