I bought an M3D pro on kickstarter which included a 2 year no questions asked warranty.I got one successful print and afterward the printer would no longer connect to my computer. I tried different machines and the USB connect sound plays, but the printer doesn’t show up.I’ve contacted tech support 3 weeks ago and the issue is ‘with their developers’ and in speaking with their kickstarter representative they have no intent to send me a new one until the retail version ships.Buyer beware!Also, if anyone knows how to fix this printer, would greatly appreciate advice. http://ift.tt/2tnP1I8
