Hello!I come seeking help at my most desperate of hours, as currently I have spent 10+ hours straight trying to get my newly built Prusa MK2S kit to calibrate. So far, it has been a series of failures with one slight sliver of hope that has long since faded. What I have done thus far:Updated firmware to latestChecked, double checked, triple checked, etc all nuts and tightness.X & Y axis belts are tight, and alligned.PINDA tested at a hair away from nozzle height and everywhere inbetweenX axis is alligned with BedManually verified bed can reach and is alligned with PINDA at all spotsPINDA tested and responds to metal items3 Hours of Support Chat with PrusaSo far I am currently back at stage one, getting the error “XYZ Calibration failed. Consult the manual”.I have adjusted the Y axis forwards and backwards over a dozen times, with seemingly no results. Currently the X axis is aligned, and if the frame is moved as stated in the manual, this will skew the axis. However, when working with Prusa support, I did manage to get the error regarding not reaching the front calibration points. Moved the Y axis forward a tiny bit, and got the error stating The X and Y axis was skewed, but it would be able to compensate. In an effort to fix that error, I adjust the Y axis a little more, confirmed the axis was aligned, and moved back to square one and have not been able to stop getting the generic failure error on XYZ Calibration.Has anyone else had this much trouble? Ive checked the frame what feels like a hundred times, measuring with digital calipers and confirmed the distances per Prusa and even eyeballing it, and cannot seem to find the sweet spot. Also tried to calibrate the frame off this referenceThought buying a Prusa would make my life easier, but at this point I almost yearn for manual bed leveling because that at least made sense. http://ift.tt/2sfi7Zn
