Monoprice Delta, Indiegogo Explanation

So I went to the Bay Area Makerfaire today, and I talked to the Monoprice rep. I asked him why they used Indiegogo for preorders and he said it was because they don’t have a pre-ordering system set up on their website. Also, I asked why people on the wait list didn’t get notified about the Indiegogo launch, and he said “it’s a long story”, and I’m assuming there must have been some internal technical error the public isn’t aware of.There was an earlier thread where a lot of individuals seemed to be extremely skeptical of the Monoprice Delta launch, especially since it was on a crowdfunding site. I saw the delta working and printing in person, and it seems 100% functional and fine. I personally pre-ordered the printer, and I no longer have any doubts of Monoprice pulling through. I think the success and reliability of their other printers speaks for the company itself.I hope this clears up some concerns. http://ift.tt/2qNizMK
