Prusa i3 MK2 users looking for replacement PEI sheets.

Those of you with the i3 MK2 may be aware that Prusa rather quickly runs out of extra PEI sheets. At least, in my experience, they are rarely in stock. While I was able to nab me a few extra ones a few days back, I had replaced my old scarred PEI sheet with one from Gizmo Dorks. The 10×10 one on Amazon, with one side cut to fit, to be exact.It has been phenomenal. It adheres just like the Prusa PEI sheet, but gives you that beautiful mirror like finish that glass gives you. In fact, I am finding it easier to remove completed prints from the bed. It doesn’t seem to take on oils from my hands either, not yet at least, so it stays very clean.The only issue I ran into with it is installation. Since it is so thick, any bubbles will show up in your prints. And since the 3m adhesive is so strong, its usually a one shot chance to install it correctly. I found using the cable holder for the heated bed to be great for holding one side in place as you lay it down.Hope someone finds this info useful. http://ift.tt/2kFReJH
