Avoid Flashforge-USA. They don’t stand by their products enough to give refunds on $900 defective machines

Bought a FlashForge Creator Pro on the 22nd of December. Nozzle drags in the center either due to too much unsupported weight from dual extruders, bent rods, or a warped bed plate.Sd card slot also stopped locking the card in.This all happened within 4 days and I called about it. Decided to maybe stick with it and give it some retries, but no. I’ll be unhappy forever with it and hate it.Their “return” policy only returns to printers you send in for warranty. You pay shipping AND a %20 restock fee ONLY IF THE PRINTER IS UNUSED. TRY AND FIND PRINT QUALITY ISSUES ON AN UNUSED PRINTER. They are being helpful in wanting to send replacement parts, but in the event that they need my part sent back…. I pay shipping on that AND a possible 20% restock fee. This is for a BRAND NEW MACHINE I just paid NINE HUNDRED dollars for when my Maker Select performed THE SAME (but better due to large print volume)Fighting them right now. If you’re interested in a FlashForge Creator Pro, I’d go for Amazon or another distributor. Please avoid Flashforge-USAHell their copyright on their website is for 2015.
