I bought one off of Amazon about 6 months ago. 2-3 months ago, it failed by the power plug arching and burning the plug. Contacted the costumer service and got a new one. Then it burned out on me again. Decided to cut the cord and solder it straight to the board and that’s when I noticed that the positive port on the Hotbed plug was arching to the negative port on the Power plug… with 2 fails in 6 months, I just don’t trust the engineering team at Monoprice. I’m not hating or telling anyone to send there’s back, just giving my experence. Going to, hopefully, get some of my money back and save for a prusa mk2. http://ift.tt/2hcU6IB
