slic3r: How can I optimize this print so that it does not move 400mm every layer for 1000 layers just to infill that little pink bit at the bottom?

Bought an old bad spool of Shaxon ABS at a retail store. Emailed Shaxon about it and they sent me a new roll and a roll of conductive abs.
