3D Printing PS4 Controller Shell

Was thinking of having a new shell for my friends ps4 controller printed…of industrial quality with metal (ideally either steel, titanium, or tungsten) as the base component for the shell and to just move the guts from a standard ps4 controller into it…The only reason I’m interested is because he has an actual budget for controller replacements…that he breaks them frequently (he torques the controller and breaks them in half when he gets frustrated)…I know that the same desired effect can be achieved with die casting but would ideally be easier with an industrial 3d printer also…now no doubt i wouldn’t be able to acquire one of these machines but to pay someone else for their services… http://ift.tt/25pnIX7

3d Stuffmaker, Gen6 board, nozzle broken. New nozzle with different wiring, how to know what wire goes where. The captions below the photos describe the issue a little better.

Best fan duct designs for 3dprinter?E3dv6 Lite Hotend

Currently I am using an E3dv6 Lite hotend on my delta style 3d printer. Bowden design, as almost any other delta printer is. And was wanting to re-print a new fan duct for my printer, but I was thinking about adding a second, or third if needed. Does anyone have any great fan duct design’s that they would like to share? And would two fans be good enough or is three overkill? http://ift.tt/1TNZT7A
