First printer, budget £2000/$3000. Advice?

I’ve got a budget of £2000($3000) for a 3D printer and looking for a print area at least 10” squared. It will be my first 3D printer so I’m not keen on picking up a kit and building it.I’m looking at the following printers and would like some feedback or alternative suggestionsLulzBot Taz 6gMax 1.5+ http://ift.tt/1TNPk6g

Should I wait for the Printrbot Simple V2?

So I am very new to 3D printing and will be purchasing my first 3D printer with my next paycheck. I studied 3D Animation in college so I am pretty OK with creating 3D models but I would love to print these models out. I also live in the UK so I think my options are slightly more limited with my choice of printers and they seem to be more expensive over here than if I were to buy them in the US?Still, most of my time has been deciding what 3D Printer to buy these last few weeks. Between searching here, your FAQ and chart and looking at Amazons top sellers it seems for a first printer, the printrbot seems ok. I am in the UK so a Printrbot kit is around £390 on amazon and the Simple metal is £680.I see the Simple v2 is coming out soon so I don’t know if it worth waiting for that one or not as I also do not know the price. I am being a bit unrealistic here but I don’t quite want to spend over £500 but could push myself to purchase the Printrbot Simple Metal if I don’t buy anything else that month.Unless of course I should be looking at a different printer entirely? As I say, I am still pretty new but have looked around here for a few days and at your FAQ so I am pretty sure I want to make the leap into 3D Printing. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I am pretty excited to start 3D Printing soon! http://ift.tt/1OWiaKd
